We ship from partner warehouses located in the United States and Germany.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 5–7 business days in the United States and 5–10 business days across Europe and the United Kingdom after dispatch.

We currently serve the United States, much of Europe and the United Kingdom. If you are unsure about your destination, contact us before ordering.

Most of our collection uses bamboo or natural wood elements selected for their warm, calm and practical character.
Returns and support
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in good condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and offer the appropriate solution.
